Beaver Tree Felling & Gardening Services provides professional outdoor services including tree felling, stump removal, garden maintenance, landscaping, paving, tiling, wendy house construction, bricklaying and related services across Cape Town and the Western Cape.
All services are subject to availability and a site assessment prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline a job if, following assessment, we determine that the work falls outside the scope of our capabilities or cannot be safely performed.
Quotes submitted via our website contact form are a request for a quotation only and do not constitute a binding agreement or reservation of services.
All quotations provided by Beaver Tree Felling & Gardening Services are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a formal written agreement or acceptance has been signed or confirmed by both parties.
Quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices are subject to change without notice.
Final pricing may vary from the original quotation if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during the course of the work. In such cases, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional work.
Beaver Tree Felling & Gardening Services takes all reasonable care and precautions during the execution of our work. However, we are not liable for:
Clients are responsible for informing us of any known hazards, underground utilities or other relevant conditions on the site prior to commencement of work.
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, we ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a call-out or administration fee, at our discretion. We will always endeavour to be reasonable and accommodate changes where possible.
Beaver Tree Felling & Gardening Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment failure or staff unavailability. In such cases, we will notify the client as early as possible and arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.
